I signed up to Lovaholics on a 7 days trial, they charged me twice for the trial. I rang before the 7 days and tried to cancel. I was offered a month for £14.99 with everything added (full account plus extras) I agreed but noticed after a few weeks that a lot of the women on the site were fake. I scanned photos through a photo search engine. So yet again I asked to cancel before the month was up. I was offered the same again £14.99 for a month and was told that they were new and that they are sifting through the fake profiles ect. So yet again I agreed. After I agreed the second time. I was bombarded with payments they charged from my bank. I had paid up until August but I still got charged £29.90 twice and £45.99 three times! I rang on the 25th to say I want my money back, they agreed that they had done wrong and said they would pay me back. But Instead of giving me the 3x £45.99 back, they only gave me one payment of £29.90 and the payment for £14.99 for that month. They also agreed to close my account, which was closed pretty quickly, but luckily I took scene shots of the payments. On the 28th (3 days later) I was charged again for £49.99 and £29.90! I rang again and they said that because they gave me the £14.99 back I hadn't paid the months subscription. And the £49.99 and £29.90 was the month subscription payment that I now owed, even tho they still owed me money! I tried explaining on the phone that I have proof that I've paid up until the 10th of August. They said the same thing, I owed them because they had paid the £14.99 monthly subscription back that they had taken and they were justified in taking £80 instead of the £14.99. They have ripped me off again. I have opened a claim with my bank. These guys are scammers stay well clear!
