I received an email from some guy claiming to be an Attorney, threatening me with a lawsuit stemming from an erroneous claim that I took out a payday loan that I never applied for, or received funds from. The letter's a joke. It goes on to say that I have to go to "The Court House", but gives no date or address. Look: If you're going to be sued you will get a Certified Letter, or Registered Mail, not a badly worded email. I feel bad for the folks that get this kind of scamming email, and believe it. It must cause great worry and stress for the uninformed.
