On March 26th 2014 I was fraudulently coerced into purchasing a vacation package with Vacations On Deck by way of lies, deceit, and strong arm tactics, that these thieves utilize. I was told that if I didn't purchase this package I will be sent to collections with a law suit pending (Which is False). To make matters even worse when my wife called the number to cancel the charge on May 21, 2014 we we're transferred to a young lady by the name of Deandra Harris who cunningly made me and my 80 year old wife believe that we did this transaction with another company when indeed we paid this amount on our american express card. They even went as far as filing unauthorized complaints about my situation under a false name of Ann to place on Scambook about the other company when indeed they are the scam. Thankfully we were blessed to get in contact with the company that they lied on only to find out that Vacations On Deck has a longstanding history of unwarranted harassment against the elderly (see Better Business Bureau rating for Vacations On Deck)they have 40 negative complaints against them (they need to be shut down)read these complaints. Some of the complaints are closed because Vacations On Deck responded to the complaints by admitting they're guilt. I want them to never call us again or we will be going to the police. I pray that no one ever does business with them.
