I signed up for a free bottle and gave credit card info to pay for 4.95 postage and got a receipt. No other info was sent besides an e-mail confirmation of the postage order. Then started receiving bottles in packages with NO bill, NO invoice, NO receipt, NO explanation in the mail monthly. I thought they were continuing a promotion and just put them on a shelf, unopened. I could not find Garcinia on my credit card or bank statement so I assumed they were sending in error. Finally after receiving the 4th package, this time with a DISCLAIMER sheet included from the company mailing the item (not Garcinia Cambogia) saying they had no responsibility for what was included, I became more suspicious and found a number on the bottle and called. Learned that I had been charged $80 a bottle each month and told them that it was a scam, to cancel immediately that I wanted to send them all back for a full refund as I've and never even used them. They said they would only accept the last one and could not accept anything over 30 days old. They eventually credited me $15 for each extra bottle but still find this to be underhanded, unethical and bordering on criminal. The lady said I should have received e-mails with each order but I have not received any until I cancelled and the refund/canclellation notice came through fine. She also said it was listed on my credit card as Garcinia but I had my last statement and it was not listed. Finally I tracked it down hidden under "premiumgarc...". Every step of this process is subterfuge and underhanded and the company should be investigated and found guilty of fraud.
