CHERRI RANZ owner of MAGNOLIA PEARL DRESS SHOPPE is a crook!! I ordered a dress from the magnolia pearl website back in July of 2014. I initially had doubts because the site was slow to load and it wasn't professionally presentable at all. However, I loved the products that I saw on the site and decided to move forward with the order to support independent fashion. Once I selected the product, the company certainly had no problem instantly taking my payment. My order was in processing for over a week and when I called to see what was going on the rep hung up on me. I emailed and emailed but no response. I took WEEKS for the dress to be shipped to my home. By the time the product actually shipped, the event that the dress was ordered for, had already passed.

I contacted the company multiple times about a refund, and received no response. The company provides no legal notices about refund policies, yet will not refund my money for a product that is of low quality, and that was not shipped in a timely manner. I never even wore the dress. My customer service experience with this company was HORRIBLE and the product was a cheap knockoff. The company advertises as a high end boutique, but ships out cheap, ghetto "hootchie" style weekend dresses. I strongly encourage you to run in the other direction when you see an advertisement from this company.

Clothing stores such as Magnolia Pearl gives independent fashion boutiques a bad name. It definitely makes the support effort difficult, when you have such bad business being conducted by rookie fashion stores. Once again, I repeat...RUN THE OTHER WAY.
