I am due to fly out and stay in a hotel overseas in less than 7 days and I still don't have a ticket/itinerary from these people. After overcharging me for the hotel (whatever rack rate means) and taking my money straight away (I.e getting 6 months worth of interest on it) I would have expected to get my flight ticket on time. I will go to Fair Trading and lodge a formal complaint if I don't get it today. I wish I had checked this website before getting involved in this scam deal. I learnt my lesson.
