Ordered "sample" on Face book, and
only agreed to pay for shipping = $4.00
a month later I get a second shipment and
my credit card has been billed $89.95 but I
was ill and did not see it and my husband paid
the charge. Got ANOTHER third shipment today and again my credit card was billed for $89.95 only this time I saw it. When product arrived there was no information on who it was from or contact information There was a return address which is only a shipping house and not the Lu-Misse co. I finally found a phone #,I called and was told by Jackie that because I did not return the second shipment within 15 days I could not return it and if I wanted to return the 3ed. shipment I would need to include the return authorization # that she, Jackie, gave me which was like 20 numbers and that I would need to send it to the same address that it was sent from and get the tracking # and once I saw that the package had arrived at that facility, I was to call her back and give her the tracking # so they know that the package had ben received and then she would start the process of returning my money for that one purchase ( one that I had never agreed to but she claims that the "trial offer" stated that I would receive the product every month - I never saw that.) I told her I had never heard of such a return policy like this and she said well, that is how they do it.

I called my credit card and have stopped payment to them for any further charges but because they have already submitted the one of this month, I will have to go though this return crap but once I call and give Jackie the
tracking # assuring her the package has arrived, then she has 15 days to refund my credit card and if she does not I am to call my credit card co. back and let them know and they will contact Lu-Misse. As far as the first unauthorized shipment they sent, I am out of luck and will not be able to get the 89.95 back, and who knows if I will in fact get the second one back as I may not be able to reach her by phone until after the "15 day return policy they have" and and there is no email or mailing address to try and contact them, only the phone #: (888-443-7201 that is on the bottle of product they sent in small print) that they may or may not answer. There are so many complaints like mine about this company but it seems nothing can be done, why doesn't the BBB get involved? When I called Jackie she told me they are not at the address where the product was shipped from, they are in another state, I tried finding the actual company and where they are located but could find nothing,I too am not happy that Face Book does not screen who they let advertise better than they are doing.
