I ordered the 14 day trial & paid the shipping. Before my trial was over 8/11, I called to cancel my acct. I spoke to Chris @ customer service. He said he canceled it.I asked for confirmation #,he said it would be emailed. I asked him for the info so I could return the items, he said " keep it." I checked my email & had no mgs so I called back & spoke to Ann. She told me my acct was close,the confirmation # would take 24/48 hrs. I asked her for the info so I could send the stuff back,she also said to keep it. So I asked if I'd be charged & she said " No you will Not be charged." A week later I found out that they did charge NY credit card for the full amount of $179.33. I called them & spoke to Anna,she did not care to help,basically called my a liar stating that "I said they forced me to keep it". Well rly they refunded to give me the info to return it,they told me to keep it and now Anna told me that even if I sent it back they would Not refund me. I mentioned a dispute,at that time Anna said she could refund half..said it would take 6 months for a dispute but she could give me the 50% refund now..I did not agree to 50% of my money bc they stole it. Anna admitted that they charged my card on 8/11 at 2:30 am the day before my trial was over and the same day I called and cancelled.she would not do anything else and the call got disconnected. I called back spoke to a lady who said her name was Anna at first than changed it to Ann. They kinda sounded the same. This lady Ann however, was very nasty and rude. She yelled at me,told me she wasn't going to help me,was not going to refund me,told me Not to call back and even made childish noises at me. This customer service is the worst I ever dealt with. Very unprofessional. I also looked them up online again 1 product us no longer existing as well as one of the phone numbers I had is now something else.. Strange..steal people money & take off??
