I received this wig and looks nothing like the photo in the site, company demanded photos I showed then a photo of my mum (It was for her) along side what it was supposed to look like!

There are holes and batches of the wig that can been seen while wearing! I contacted the customer service nearly every day, at first my requests were going unanswered after. I had provided the photos and now I get the same message every time I request to return!!! They firstly keep saying that there is nothing wrong with the quality and them I hope you choose to keep it let us know your decision, in every response I have requested to return they them want me to "give as a gift" or resell it!!

The last message I received said I will only get $9 dollars back and delivery takes a long time

I'm so upset by this as it wasn't for me and it's a sensitive product to buy
