I sent for free sample paid £2 99 postage received the item ok had to go away for a month for personal reason, when I came back I found two packets outside my back door when I opened them i found two jars of LVTR Anti Aging cream, did not know what to do with them as there was no statement enclosed[still got the jars unopened] When I received my Bank Statement I got the biggest shock of my life £190 for the two jars and also charged me for my free one £89.The Bank stopped any further transactions, but cannot do anything about my loss.
