I had never even heard of this company until £67.76 was taken from my account. After several attempts to call by phone and emailing them with no response I went to my bank. Very good move, they gave me a telephone number which although was premium rate, actually got me a response. My account was cancelled??? Didnt know I even had one, and a full refund, along with confirmation text and email, would be refunded within 7 working days. Telephone number for anyone else being scammed by this company is 0845 6435496. just mention when calling that you have spoken to trading standards, financial conduct authority, and financial ombudsman and you get to talk to a manager instead of a monkey who will tell you to go online and follow instructions. I hope this helps others being robbed by this company
