I ordered a free trial online and my credit card was charged for $9.84 for postage. A day or two later a representative called to confirm the $9.84 charge and offered to supply the product for a year. I declined. After two weeks, they charged me $79.97 and $89.95 for the "trial" creams. They then sent one other small jar and charged me another $79.95 and $89.95 two weeks later.
When I called to say I had not authorized the additional purchases,they said there were
no refunds and hung up on me. i was finally able to block any future charges to my credit card, but will need help getting a refund. Also, the creams are nothing special and fairly small.
