Hello,i deposited usd 100.00 with investors saving bank and immediaterly i received an email informing me the plan for usd 100.00 was closed.I asked them to refund the money and they told me to refer three people to there programe and since then they have gone quite.The payinghyiponline had promised hyip insurance if they dont pay and when i contacted them they told me there is nothing they can do..Investorssavingbank is a scam and so is the payinghyiponline
