This company is definitely a scam! My issue is the same that everyone else has. Paid $4.95 for the first month as a trial. Ordered on 8/7/14 and didn't get it in the mail until 8/15/14. There was no paperwork just the two bottles; 1 Green Garcinia Pro, 1 Ven Cleanse. I hadn't ordered the Cleanse. Checked my bank records and they had taken $4.95 out for that also. Then I went to pay some bills and was told I insuffecient funds. I contacted my bank and they were very helpful. Gave me the info on the Garcinia.I then called Green Garcinia Pro and got the run around! I was totally frustrated. Spoke to Bell first and couldn't understand a word she said. She hardly spoke English and we had a very bad connection. I hung up on her. Called back and spoke to Sam. At first very pleasant and helpful until I told him I wanted my money refunded. Then he became irrate and accused me of not reading the terms and agreement and that it said a 14 day trial and my 14 days were up 8/21/14. Convenient the day before I called them. When I ordered I never saw the 14 day trial period and I went back on the site and there was NO 14 day trial. All they would offer me was a $15 courtesy refund. Which they did! I asked Sam to speak to his manager and he got all uppity and said I am the manager. I told him I was contacting my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau and he told me to go ahead that he had been working for the company for 3 years and never had they given a refund. They need to be stopped! $89.97 may not be a lot of money to some people -- but to me it is. Beware of this company!!!!!
