Juan Carlos Rico is using my Dad to "barrow" money. His story has changed numerous times. He has moved 57 goats, a cow & a horse onto my Fathers property, most without his consent. Juan claims the money is for his Son's college, however his Son is not going to college. We can not get Juan and his animals off of my Dad's property. Juan is on probation for grand thief. The bank is filing "abuse of the elderly" regarding their concerns for my Dad's safety. We are going to be working with the sheriff's department.
