topped up prepaid phone with BB social data plan and still does not work and had to call them on secondary phone line as they told me that they need the problem phone not in use to correct the problem. To date they credited me 20 dollars and issue is still not resolved and I have lost now 6 days usage on a 30 day plan. DAMAGES ARE BASED ON MY COST OF 1.10 A MINUTE X 14.5 HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF
