I completed an online survey and at the end I was offered the Serum as a FREE gift, just by paying the shipping £1.95. 14 days after I was charged with £87.00. I wrote them telling that I did not read any terms or conditions in the web site where I made the purchase. But they responded to me that my account has been cancelled. And I never agreed to create an account with them. At the moment I have written 10 email asking for a full refund of that money (£87a00) since I paid the shipping for the FREE gift. But they just respond about that my account has been cancelled
