On July 14,2014, I purchased a 14-day free trial of their product, Instaflex, by paying via VISA $4.99 for shipping charges. I was then billed $74.98 on July 31 and another $74.98 on September 2. Called the company to learn why I was continuing to be billed as I had not received any product after the 14-day trial. I asked for a refund, which was denied, and to cancel participation. The company suggests filing a claim with the USPS since I didn't receive the second shipment and I wouldn't be eligible for a refund until an investigation was completed. I called the company twice today, 9/2/14, asking to speak with a supervisor/manager because I was not getting the information I requested (Company name and mailing address) and was told both times that no one was available. I was told that the 14-day free trial initiated enrollment into their auto-ship program. I said I didn't recall reading about that and they said there is a box containing this statement which I checked off when requesting the initial offer. After visiting their website, I did see this box but not within the context of their ordering information form and it is not necessary to check mark the box to complete an order. I was only interested in the trial offer for that purpose: a trial since the product is available locally at several national drug chain stores.
