The com. sent a very elaborate brochure indicating The product was very helthfull, with a complete guarantee for refund if not satisfied. When I received it did not have silicun as the main ingredient. I immediately returned the product unopened via USPS with tracking. There customer service acknowledged receiving back the product, but after almost three months, they have given me back my refund and the offer no explanation why, only that it in process and they have no idea why it is not being refunded. BEWARE
