Hello,
I purchased a 12 month program from Getresponse for 1 year. They do an automatic deductions on 22July 2014. I did not renew it for another 1 year and was unhappy with the customer services. They stolen my 246USD and did not refund/response to me in time; Forcing me to cancel my bank card. I am currently waiting for a refund and an email reply. I feel so unhappy. My Getresponse id: [email protected] Please refund me 246USD. I contacted them and they refused to reply or even acknowledge me as their customer via email.
