Similar story to Deborah; I logged on my computer I was asked to complete a survey at the end I was offered a free gift for completing the survey. I was then asked my credit card details for postage and packing. I did not think twice about it. By chance I checked my credit card statement three months later. I noticed that I have been charged three times.I complained to my credit card(Tesco bank) and Agerenewskin customer services both refused to refund my money. They both said that it was my fault.
