They towed my car that had broke down on the highway .So I called around to find out who towed it and I was told, that Doc towing had it.I called and was told I needed to pick up a release form from the Olivette police department. So I went to doc towing to get my registration paperwork out, and this silly girl working inside, told me that she was not waiting all day for me to come back, she had no clue of customer service and she wasn't even dressed, she was wearing some dumb ass spandex pants and a t-shirt working in a office, tip for your silly ass Marshall department store. So I went to get the release form and made it back by before 4.45 now they close at 4.30pm and she was still complaining she was rude to me and my wife, we are the only ones who were picking up a car , and on top of that she was trying to over charge us, they we just mad that I called another towing company to come tow the car.
