I have already lodged a complaint under Alluria but also wanted to highlight Veloura. I subscribed for a trial offer of Alluria and Veloura which were sold as a package treatment. I was prepared to pay for one set but my credit card was charged for 3 months without my authorization. After difficulties contacting them and despite providing all my details, Alluria initially claimed they were unable to locate my order. When they finally acknowledged my order they refused to provide a refund and claimed that the original order allowed them to send products monthly and charge my credit card monthly. These are unscrupulous and unethical companies that need to be reported to a US consumer protection agency. Suggest also consumers start a class action suit for false advertising and illegally charging without proper authorization.
