This man, 'Dr' Stefano Tamimi is a professional con artist. He claims to be an Ivy League educated lawyer with a Cambridge Phd. All of the aforementioned are false. He is an Iraqi former national whose real name is Alaa Tamimi. He further claims to be a relative of the Qatari Royal Family, I can confirm that he knows no Qatari royal and so it is a complete lie as well. You'd normally find him at very upscale Mayfair hotels (The Dorchester) boasting about everything whilst in reality he is as empty as an unloaded vessel. Please, beware as he dupes all persons who make the terrible mistake of going into business with him. He cannot raise any funds for anyone as he has no connection of that kind. He would claim to be a representative for a swiss bank, it is all not true. Do not fall for his lies. He claims to be a major project financier. He has never financed a dollar in his life before. He goes to African leaders, claiming to be able to help them raise money but tries eventually to outsmart them. His brother is a carpenter who lives in Cambrige. Alaa Tamimi is a scam artist people so stay away from him.
