I purchased a website from Michael Ullman on Aug 27 2014 for $1,350.
I originally saw the site for sale on auction site "Flippa" sale https://flippa.com/3179255-must-sell-quick-pr-3-eastern-medicine-health-diet-site-ebook-nets-300-mo ,and communicated with him a few times via the platform and Skype calls.
Unfortunately the sale ended early and the site was sold to another bidder.
However, the next day I received a Skype call from the seller to say the buyer had not paid him so he’d cancelled the sale. He then offered me the option to buy the site from him.

We agreed a price, a contract was signed and the funds ($1,350) sent by bank transfer, as requested.

To transfer a site like this would normally take 1-2 days at most.

To cut a long story short, over the next few weeks the seller stalled constantly and failed to transfer the site files/database or domain name as promised.

The seller then stopped replying to my emails and no longer returned my calls.

My request for a full refund again met with silence (despite his contract having a 90 day ‘’buy-back guarantee”) .

I have since found out that Michael Ullman has a VERY long history of negative feedback online relating to "selling" websites and then not actually transferring them to the purchaser.
