As with the previous complaintant, I replied to the advertisement promoting Rosberry Ketone Blast and Cleanse Extreme for a free trial pack for the price of postage and packing. Towards the end of this month, I noted that two separate payments were taken amounting to £184. I have e-mail and written but the only response is with a standard e-mail asking me to send the items back but with no address. I am loathe to return them to the address above as I do not hold out any hope of reimbursement.
