Filled out an on line application for a $20,000 loan. Received an E-mail saying I had been approved. They needed 3 months payment upfront sent via Western Union. Also faxed them my info and signed contract. They said money would be in my account in 2-4 hrs. 1 1/2 hrs later, got a call saying they needed $750 for risk management, sent it. Then they called again stating that $750 was not enough, needed another $750, sent it. Next call said they did not figure exchange rate for Canada, needed another $750, demanded a refund. They told me I would receive it the week of Sept 22. Today is Oct 1, still no refund and now no answer. Should have known it was to good to be true. Now I can't pay my mortgage or car payment
