Received a letter in the mail from this "company" claiming I had signed up and that they would start charging my credit card (the letter had the last 4 digits printed on it) a monthly fee of $24.99 for up to 5 "ebooks" a month. Had a hard time locating their web page. The selection list is horrendous - looks like cheaply churned out or pirated books. Called customer service, which has very limited hours by the way, to complain and cancel this bogus membership. I had to leave a voice message and their system said that I would be called back within 48 hours. They never called. Big shock! Called my credit card company and reported the fraud, which is probably related to a $0 charge from a credit card verification company in Colorado. They immediately cancelled my card and sent me a new one overnight.
