I keep getting phone calls from Itechline support "Jordan" who insists that the updates that Microsoft is trying to send to my computer are not working, which will affect all the computers in our house. He gave me a direct phone number of 888-569-0037 and told me to ask for Jordan. he has a very thick accent. I am not having trouble with my computer and have no desire to let him try to fix it even though he said it is "free right now". I'm only writing this here because I don't know how else to report it. I have received this call many times over the past few weeks and normally I say I'm busy right now but this time I listened to him talk and asked if it was legit, which is why he gave me the phone number. Then I researched on google and found many complaints. I've never heard of microsoft calling to tell anyone that their updates are not going into the computer. So is there another way to report them, and block them from calling?
