I recently answered a survey and by doing so I was allowed to purchase sunglasses for the price of shipping and handling (5.99). I was checking my credit card balance and to my surprise there was a 95.00 charge from the same place. The sunglasses were a gift just for taking the survey, I told . I called this company, Duvati wear and they said there was a stipulation that I needed to return them if I didn't want them. Also , they were made of cheap plastic and if I had that type of money to spend I wouldn't purchase them. I tried to get back to the website and was unable to find out anything. I called and was told to email a complaint to customer service at Support @ Duvatiwear.com. After many attempts it is showing that it is a bad email address/ I'm very upset . I live on a fixed income and they charged my capital one credit card. I tried to settle it but no such luck. They were a bit rude. Can you help me, please? My regards,
