Problem:
Billing of ordered product not in line with advert (22 Sept on Facebook)
Detail:
The advert above stated that the only costs will be that of shipping. This account was debited, twice, over and above the shipping costs. We had a discussion with Heather. Chat Line, Support, 12/10/2014. ± 20h00 ZAR, to resolve this issue(inter alia) and resulted in our request to cancel the order. The basis for this decision :
1. Product costs was not part of the advert that specifically mentioned :’ only shipping costs’
2. We are pensioners and cannot afford this expenditure and implied extention thereof
