Hydravella and Biogeniste

I sent for the trial for Hydravella and the free sample of biogeniste, I used my credit care details for the Hydravella but did not give my details to Biogeniste, which I now understand clearly are the same company. Because hydravella must have given my credit card details to Biogenisite to enable them to remove £95.71 from my credit card and for Hydravella to remove £91.68. I did NOT get sent a letter to say they would be doing this or indeed even sent the product! So in essence they have stolen £187.39 from my account. I have been onto their webpage to contact them and the only way is by leaving a message on their webpage, which I know will not get answered.

How do companies get away with this? Their marketing ploy is deceitful; if it was clearly marketed and the price given there is absolutely no way I would have even sent away for the free trial and now my card details are being abused. I will need to cancel this card to ensure other Companies are not given it

Please help me, I do not have this type of money spare and feel totally devastated by this unkind marketing and Company tactics. They even used Jennifer Aniston for help sell their product, I wonder how she would feel, because it is through reading an article about her that I got duped into this product in the first place!
