I signed up to advertise with Supermedia and was guaranteed calls if I signed with them. I signed 2/2103 and when April came around and had not gotten 1 call I emailed my sales Rep Anthony Mathewson, nothing was done, I kept calling him and his supervisor that I was not getting calls and if this continued I was going to stop paying my monthly fee, still no call back. Now we are in September and still nothing. I had enough and emailed them I was no longer paying for services I was not getting. I stopped paying in November and never contacted me, instead they put me in collections!!! shame on them!! I was a customer for over 6yrs and never called me back to try and address my issues, but when I stop paying they send me to collections!! NEVER ADVERTISE with SUPERMEDIA they are scam artists!!!
