I asked for a free trial that's it Yet they've taken two £87.00 est. out of my bank which I don't have that was my shopping money. I've emailed them several times for it back because I've not recieved anything other than the free trials.
I'm so upset I don't now what to do. I really need my money back. I never wanted anything but the free trial.
How can I get my money back off them?
Help please. I need a refund.
