Back in 2013 I applied for some payday loans on line,but was turned down. Next thing I knew there was this extra $200.00 in my account. Without my permission or e-signature Hydra Fund had deposit the $200.00 in my account. I didn't realize what had happened until they started taking out payments. I paid them off last year with a pre paid card. Now I have this company calling me saying Hydra Fund has filed a claim against me for non-payment.
