My husband went to Harlows to cash his paycheck and decided to have a couple drinks and listen to a band while he was there. When he got ready to leave they wouldn't let him because he was too intoxicated to drive (this I understand). They then made him rent a room there and this is where the problem begins. We live less that 20 miles from Harlows and my husband had already called us to come get him. But they made him pay for a room already and he was too intoxicated to complain. I have called them trying to get my money back ($175 for a room that was never used) and the person I talked to said she understood and would have her supervisor call me to get this straightened out. Now it's 2 days since I called and no-one has called me back or refunded my money. We will NOT be going back to their casino for anything (we go there to eat, gamble a little, and for concerts but after this we will not go back and will spread the word about how they treat people). That money was for our bills and now they are late being paid because of this stupid crap!
