I received a letter in the mail from EPL SURVEY about being a CVS secret shopper along with a check for 1820.00. They offered to pay me 300. 00 to participate while 1500.was for the card purchase and 20.for activation fees. I called to ask about it and was toldthat iI would be sent to 3 different cvs pharmacys to purchase the vanilla reload card. The gentleman informed me that I would take in cash and call him when I entered the parking lot and he would be on the phone with me walking me through the process the first time, then Iwas to call him back each time after that further directions. My final instruction was to mail them the cards and receipts. By the end of the week they stopped payment on the check!!!! I now have fees and overage charges!!!
