Starting in 10-8-2011 first payment of 19.95 then the following four months they charged 39.95. We called and asked why where they charging this money when I never received any merchandise, so I asked them to return me the money they said they can't that I would have to purchase I told her I don't want any merchandise I wanted my money back they said no I cancelled so I lost that money no and no merchandise what can I do?
