I ordered the FREE trial sizes, to which I was charged for but never actually got delivered to my home address, although being despatched from Royal Mail I never received them.i was then charged a further £167.00 for more products that I never received.i have contacted customer service who informed me that as I never returned the product to cancel my order ( the product that I never received in the first place) I was charged again for the product.i have explained the situation to customer services put simply not interested in refunding my money on a product I never received.i have since been told Im out of the 30 days which would entitle me to a refund.this company likes to charge you for products that you don't receive..a complete scam and I'm seeking legal advice.
