I did not subscribe to their magazine services, received several Maxim magazines without understanding who was sending it. When they called to charge me, I stated that I was fraudulently subscribed, but they still charged me for 20 monthly payments of $79.80. After repeatedly asking if I could cancel, they stated I had a 3-day cancellation period and this was during the time I did not even know who was sending me these magazines I never even wanted, they then tried to be flexible by discounting to $39.90/month. After their next attempt, it was declined since they had maxed out and damaged my credit. Calling to ask why it was declined, I reiterated that I did not subscribe to them, please cancel, but instead they offered $39.50/month since they could not cancel according to them. And was sent an invoice stating I owed a late fee for last payment due, owing $54.90 or being able to pay total amount of $678.30. I cannot pay for something that I did not even want or even subscribe to, in fact I am unable to. I have since had to cancel my credit card to protect what is left of my credit.
