I sign up for the free trial back in june for 4.99 of shipping. free Trial is free trial , right!! Then teh next month i go a the pair of bottle again, I thought there might have been a mistake cus i didnt reorder it. anyway, months went buy and because I very busy I didnt take the time to call and cancel, i thought again they were charging me the shipping fee. i went on my bank statements and had seen those charges before but teh amount looks very close to what i pay with my other bills but then i called because the charged was reoccuring since June and we are now almost November, so that is a total of 553.84!!!!!! i called them to complain and say i will return all the extra bottles that i didnt order and that are good to use until 2016 but they refuse because apparently they have a 30 time period that i cannot send back bottles past that. i am still going to be able to return 2 bottles, so at least they will refund me, hopefully something close to 130 usd because of restocking fee and all that crap they want to charge me for!!!
