I ordered this product online on 11/08/2014 and I received it on 11/14/2014. I wasn't sure if I like the product from the moment I opened the packet as all I received were the bottles and a little square piece of paper stating to call the number when ready to reorder. NO contract or shipping invoice received. That right there raised a RED flag. I called on Monday 11/17/2014 to make sure no further charges woul be owed and that I did not want this product anymore as I was not comfortable in not receiving an invoice and their company seemed fishy. Today 11/22/2014 I received an Alert on my Capital One card letting me know thay had placed a charge. I immediately called them and spoke to Jasmine which told me the charge was valid and that I had not cancelled within the 14 day period. Advised her that I had too and she stated she needed a confirmation number. I told her I did not receive one. She then proceeded to tell me THEN I GUESS YOU DIDN'T CANCEL! I told her I most certainly did and to return the funds. She said the charge was valid and would not be returning anything. I told her I wanted that account closed and I do not want anymore charges going to my card! She said it was closed as off today but as she was going to hang up I started asking for a confirmation number and she said to use the same one I had???????? What!!! She just told me that I had not cancelled. After another 5 minutes of irritating conversation I ended up hanging up on her and calling my credit card to have my card cxld and have them issue me a new card so these A$$#*!&'s wont charge my card anymore. Capital one is trying to fix this mess for me. Please DO NOT BUY this stuff. Go to the doctor and just have them prescribe you something like Orlistat and order it thru a canadian prescription site so you wont have to pay up the nose for the prescription and atleast then you know you actually have a pill that works.
