I had the same experience as the other people who posted on this site. I ordered a swaroski watch with a 2 year warrant. It was supposed to be a swaroski clearance First I was sent a diesel watch( fake) ,I sent it back immediately . After 5 months of trying to obtain an exchange or a refund, I received at least 7 or 8 generic emails , each time saying that they 100% guaranteed I would receive the item ...I am still waiting !
