i fell for the promotional advert of a product skinny raspberry ketone where Iwas paying for p/p of £3.95 .they have since taken out money on the 3 ocassions despite my writing to their customer service to cancell the order as product was not working for me their customer service wrote to say they have cancelled the order but its still ongoing they subsequently took further amounts total 195.84pounds.i phoned them phone number 02033566290 and they said they had not received any mail from me so who replied to my email Iasked answer was technical error but there was no offer of a refund only a promise to stop further shipments which i never got in the first place
