I took my car there for Auto Body Repair and was completely railroaded!
First, they charged me $900.00 for the job, and then they left the undercarriage unstarted and unfinished!
When I got home, I noticed they ripped me off for my Floor Mats and whwn I called about it (Ana) started screaming at me and denied they took out the floor mats! I tried calling a second time only to have her threaten me with a restraining order (to not contact her).
What a sham! What a scam!
Whoever sees this complaint, DO NOT RISK USING THIS BODY SHOP. They won't tell you up front that they don't take credit cards or checks. They drop that on you as if you're expected to be walking around with $900.00 in cash!
This is the worst shop ever! They will not be in business for long. THANK GOD!
