i took advantage of a tv ad for face cream for a free sample for 4.95 shipping fee approximately three week later my credit card was charged for two charges one for 99.00 and one for 93.00 this took place in october when i charged what was supposed to be one shipping fee they charged two shipping fees i received a very small amount of their product when i phoned the phone number on my credit card i spoked with people who did not speak english very well kept giving me names they i know they do not have every day they keeping me a date as when i will get my refund i have been trying to get my refund for a week with no avail this is obvious a scam that should be stopped
