I ordered a trial of these products the advert says you only pay for postage, they arrived with no invoice,just a leaflet expaling about the products and a returns slip. The returns slip says the product must be returned within 14 days, in the original packaging and must reach them in good condition. As I had not ordered the product,only a trial sample I ignored this,also my wife was undergoing an eye operation and was avoiding skin products and so the product was put on the shelf. It was only at the end of the month when I received my credit card statement did I discover that I had been charged a total of £184. The card company say there is nothing they can do about it as details are in the t&cs. Why they allow them to trade I do not know.
