i ordered a fully assembled moped & paid for it with my credit card.the moped that arrived was 85% assembled.the price difference is about 200.00.ive ask them to refund the difference .ive not received any refund.
i had to assemble it myself.im a 68 year old disabled veteran& got back spasms doing this.
i also have been trying to get them to send my certificate of ownership.i need this to register my moped legally in the state of florida.neither of these problems have been solved .
