I responded to a promotion on the Internet at the bottom of an article for a free trial of Wrinkless Cream and Ayur Skin Renewal Cream, to be charged only for S&H. I received an email confirmation: Order placed 10/29/14, order number: Wrinkless:C2MW039347 Ayur: C2MA020909 order total $7.40.

I received a box containing 2 jars of Wrinkless Cream and 2 bottles of Ayur Skin Renewal Serum. Being busy, I put the box on a shelf and forgot about it.

Yesterday I received my Visa bill with these two entries:
15 Nov Luxoderm 800-564-1623800-5641623NY $139.90
15 Nov. Wrinkless Cream 866-855-9006NY $99.90

Taking everything out of the box, I found a statement "by...promotional offer, you have enrolled in our automatic shipping program....you will receive a new supply...every 60 days" etc. etc.

This seems to me to be "bait and switch" or outright fraud, and I'd like to return the products for money back, but a customer service representative says my call came too late to do that. I should have called within 30 days of the order date to be able to return the items.

I'm angry both with the company and with myself, and would like to know if I have any recourse.
