I ordered a pair of women's 14 inch Timberland boots on 5 December 2014. I received an email confirming my order. It is now 19 December and I have not received the boots or an email with a tracking number as stated in the confirmation email. I ordered these boots early in the month that so that I would get them by Christmas as they are a present for my daughter. I am so upset that it looks like this is a scam website especially when we are a working class family that doesn't have the money to throw away £63 especially at Christmas time and to disappoint my daughter.
